I am a Gestalt psychotherapist in training, preparing to receive the European Certificate of Gestalt Psychotherapy (EAGT). In my work I also use elements of ACT psychotherapy. I work under regular supervision and according to PTPG Code of Ethics. I am also a certified teacher of mindfulness MBLC (Mindfulness-Based Living Course) and compassion CBLC (Compassion Based Living Course) and a leading teacher in the Mindfulness Association Poland. I have over 8 years of self practice in mindfulness meditation. I am a long time practitioner and trainer of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in the process of certification. Co-creator of the Tender Warrior project - development workshops for men. I am also a certified soft skills trainer, for over 6 years an internal trainer in business organizations and NGOs. I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and I have many years of experience as a manager in leading international organizations. I want to foster self-awareness and human kindness, so that my clients can live authentically, fully in deep relationships with themselves, other people and the world. The basis of my work is many years of personal practice, deep inner work, specialist knowledge, continuous development of competencies, but above all curiosity, sensitivity and compassion in contact with other people.
