Experience

14 years of individual work (coaching, mentoring, psychological support, psychotherapy from 2019) and 20 years of experience working with groups and teams. Academic lecturer at the Open University of Warsaw, Warsaw Medical University and the Academy of Special Pedagogy. I also have experience of working with young people and families in the Social Prevention Clinic, in care and social services and in education in a broad sense. I have been working with business in the area of psychosocial competence development for many years.

Work Areas

I have been working individually and in groups for 14 years, supporting people in their changes, both professionally and personally. I conduct individual sessions, trainings, supervisions and mentoring. In my work I integrate humanistic-existential approaches+ with process-oriented psychology, as well as elements of Gestalt. I also provide coaching to facilitate bold and anticipated life changes. I am an independent expert and consultant for organisations in the areas of: leadership, communication, working with teams, conflict resolution, working with emotions and professional burnout and stress management. A frequent area of my work is: lowered mood and decreased life energy, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, career development topics. I also support artists in their work and creative processes.

Therapy Approach

In psychotherapy, an important aspect for me is working on the client's values and beliefs. I believe that people have all the resources they need to passionately shape their lives and make informed choices. Therapeutic work allows people to ‘come back to themselves’ and act in accordance with their own character ethics. In providing individual psychotherapy, I seek with clients to find solutions to problems, to understand themselves and their behaviour in emotionally challenging situations.

Education

In 2017 I finished a two-year study of Process Oriented Psychology, since 2021 I have been training in the humanistic-existential stream at the INTRA school of psychotherapy. I am a certified coach at the PCC ICF level. By education I am a special educator with a specialisation in re-socialisation. I regularly supervise my work.
