Experience
I conduct psychotherapy sessions in Polish, Ukrainian (my native language), and Russian.
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the Catholic University of Lublin, and now I am a psychotherapist undergoing a 4-year comprehensive therapeutic training course organized by the Wrocław Foundation for Mental Health Protection and Psychotherapy Development, recommended by the Polish Psychiatric Association.
I have completed NEST training (New Experience for Survivors of Trauma) and annually participate in educational conferences organized by this association.
I work within an integrative approach. I offer short-term and long-term individual therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship difficulties, developmental crises, excessive emotional tension, and significant personal losses, including bereavement. I also work with individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, or pregnancy loss. My practice is regularly supervised.
I operate from the belief that each person is unique and different from others. I am deeply interested in the individuality of every person and the personal stories they tell about themselves and their worldview.Work Areas
