Experience
I specialize in somatic psychotherapy, which is characterized by the integration of body awareness in the therapeutic process.
I have completed a 3-year Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy school and obtained certification in this method.
Currently, I am studying at the 4.5-year Bodynamic psychotherapy school, founded in Denmark. Bodynamic is a member of the Danish Psychotherapeutic Society and the European Association of Body Psychotherapy.
Also, an important part of my work is Internal Family Systems, a therapeutic method created by Dr. Richard Schwartz, which sees the human psyche as a collection of many independently functioning subpersonalities. I have completed the second level of training in this method.
During the sessions, I place special emphasis on strengthening the connection between body and mind, building compassion for every part of our experience, and creating healthy relationships.
I offer help to adults: in personal development, with mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders (panic, fear, phobias), with problems: with self-esteem (inner criticism), decision-making, emotional regulation, with relationship problems, psychosomatic disorders, trauma.
My work is regularly supervised.
