Work Areas

I am a psychologist and psychodietitian. I work in the area of analyzing eating habits and their gradual changes, regaining control over eating, understanding one’s own emotions and motivations in the context of nutrition, emotional eating, cravings, and binge eating. The topics particularly close to me are caring for one’s needs, listening to one’s body, setting boundaries, and learning to let go of being a perfect person.

Therapy Approach

I focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting the development of proper eating habits in adults, taking into account their individual resources and preferences. In my work, I combine psychology with nutritional knowledge, keeping in mind that every person has their own experiences and habits that determine their current life and, consequently, their way of eating. For me, the foundation is listening to the other person and respecting their perspective. By sharing my experience and knowledge, I help care for health while focusing on building trust and positive interpersonal relationships.

Additional information

I am a co-founder of the "Kobiety Bez Diety" - Women Without Diets Foundation, which focuses on nutritional education in a human, simple, but above all healthy way for both body and mind. I am also a co-author of the book "Women Without Diets, Conversations Without Retouching."
