Experience
I am an ICC coach and a systemic psychotherapist. I work with couples and adults experiencing: personal crises, anxiety and mood disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, phobias, difficulties in building satisfying relationships. I support people from alcoholic and dysfunctional families, who are highly sensitive and experience loss. In my work with Clients I use the integrative psychotherapy combining the systemic approach with the cognitive-behavioral and with psychodynamic approach. I use the latest discoveries in neurobiology, neuropsychology and work with trauma. I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I subject my work to regular supervision.
