I work individually with adult clients. In my practice, I integrate positive psychotherapy and Ericksonian psychotherapy. I am a member of the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP, Germany) and the Polish Society for Applied Psychotherapy (PTPS). I receive supervision through the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy.Work Areas

-Psychotherapy for adults experiencing health problems, psychosomatic symptoms, losses, and internal conflicts arising from discrepancies between personal expectations and real-life events, who wish to find their way in new life situations.
-Anxiety disorders.
-Mood disorders.
-Occupational burnout resulting from work overload, with symptoms including emotional exhaustion and lack of job satisfaction.
-Identification of personal resources and potential, recognition of values, needs, and activities, as well as the distribution of life energy across four life domains — the Balance Model.
-Difficulties in interpersonal relationships and communication, relational crises.
-Impact of a child’s chronic illness on the family, and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, including Asperger’s Syndrome.Therapy Approach

I am a certified positive psychotherapy therapist and have completed numerous trainings in Ericksonian psychotherapy, including a training cycle in family therapy and psychotherapy for couples and marriages. I am also a special education teacher and career counselor, and a graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology as well as the School of Management at the University of Silesia.
