Experience
For over 10 years, I have been working in the field of psychological assessment and support. I regularly undergo supervision of my therapeutic work.Work Areas
I provide psychological support to adults facing challenges in personal and professional relationships, those in crisis situations, and individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorders, or personality disorders. Additionally, I work with children and adolescents experiencing emotional difficulties, as well as with their parents who encounter parenting challenges at various stages of their children’s development.Therapy Approach
The foundation of my therapeutic work is the psychodynamic approach, which is based on establishing a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. This relationship enables the exploration and understanding of unconscious motives underlying maladaptive behaviors and facilitates meaningful change.Education
I am a psychologist and a certified psychodynamic psychotherapist currently undergoing the certification process. I completed a four-year Psychodynamic Psychotherapy School, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Additionally, I have completed numerous training programs in the areas of assessment, therapy for children and adolescents, and family therapy.
I hold a degree in psychology from the University of Wrocław and completed a six-month international internship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA. I also completed clinical placements in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Units as well as in an Inpatient Psychiatric Ward for adults.
