Experience
I have experience working with individuals in need of support, including those who are ill or disabled, which I gained in educational institutions, a family counseling center, and in a private practice.
Work Areas
I specialize in individual and couples therapy. I provide support in the following areas: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, personal and family crises, problems in romantic relationships, and experiences of loss.
Therapy Approach
I work within an integrative approach, which combines various therapeutic modalities and methods. This approach allows for a broad perspective on the issues that individuals bring to therapy. There is no single correct or universally effective method for working with people, which is why I draw from different techniques, tailoring them to each person's needs and situation. In my therapeutic work, the relationship between the therapist and the client—based on mutual trust and kindness—is very important to me.
Education
I am a psychotherapist currently undergoing a 4-year comprehensive therapeutic training organized by the Wrocław Foundation for Mental Health Protection and Psychotherapy Development, recommended by the Polish Psychiatric Association. Additionally, I have completed numerous courses in psychotherapy and therapeutic techniques. I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and its Scientific Section for Psychotherapy. I regularly consult my work in supervision and strictly adhere to the Ethical Code of Psychotherapists of the Polish Psychiatric Association.
