Work Areas

I work in an integrative approach. I provide short-term and long-term individual therapy for adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, experiencing relationship difficulties, developmental crises, experiencing excessive emotional tension, and having experienced significant personal loss, including the death of a loved one. I also work with people who have experienced abuse, neglect or pregnancy loss in their lives. I am based on the assumption that each person is unique. I am interested in his or her distinctiveness - the story of self and the world he or she brings with him or her.

Therapy Approach

I am led to believe that every person is unique and Different. I am interested in his distinctiveness and the story about himself and the world he brings with him.

Education

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at the Catholic University of Lublin and a psychotherapist undergoing a 4-year holistic therapeutic training organized by the Wroclaw Foundation for Mental Health Protection and Psychotherapy Development recommended by the Polish Psychiatric Association. I have completed the NEST (New Experience of Survivors of Trauma) training and participate annually in training conferences organized by this Association. I subject my work to supervision.

Additional information

I provide psychotherapy in Polish, Ukrainian (native language) and Russian.
