Experience
I have many years of experience working with clients in a private counseling practice. I also completed clinical training at a psychiatric hospital in Kroměříž, Czech Republic. Additionally, I collaborate with the Czech Ministry of Justice as a psychotherapist working with individuals convicted of crimes, within the framework of rehabilitation and therapeutic programs.
I am also a supervisor, supporting younger and early-career psychotherapists in their professional development.Work Areas
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of stress and emotional suffering — difficulties that take away the joy of life and limit personal growth.
I specialize in working with people who are searching for meaning in life and who strive each day to build deep, authentic relationships — not only with others, but above all with themselves.
Therapy Approach
In my professional work, I operate on the assumption that unconscious and, above all, unmet needs can pose significant challenges in relationships and create inner tensions that hinder a calm and happy life. That is why it is so important for me to understand the patient’s way of thinking and feeling, and to gradually help change ingrained behavioral patterns.Education
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist as well as a supervisor in the systemic approach. I continuously develop my professional competencies by deepening my knowledge and participating in specialized trainings and workshops. I have many years of experience in both individual and group work. I regularly engage in supervision to ensure the quality of my practice.
Additional information
I have repeatedly participated in conferences, open lectures, and seminars organized by various associations and mental health institutes, as well as by other organizations providing and promoting psychotherapeutic support.
