Experience
I have gained my psychotherapeutic experience through running a private practice, as well as during an internship at the OPTA Association.
Work Areas
The aim of Gestalt therapy, which belongs to the humanistic approach, is to help you reconnect with yourself in the “here and now” — together with the full weight of your past experiences that have shaped the way you function today. In the therapeutic relationship, it is important for me to acknowledge those experiences, explore them, and ultimately understand to what extent they influence your ability to be present.
I work therapeutically with adults experiencing stress, emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, or challenging life circumstances.Therapy Approach
In the therapeutic relationship, empathy, acceptance, and trust are of key importance to me.
I believe in real, lasting change that can emerge through the process of psychotherapy. I witness how therapy can transform the way people perceive their challenges — and how this, in turn, influences their lives, functioning in various environments, and relationships with others.Education
I am a psychologist, sociologist, and a psychotherapist currently in the fourth year of training at the Gestalt Psychotherapy Institute, accredited by the EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy).
I continue to deepen my knowledge and skills by participating in numerous courses and workshops in the fields of psychology and psychotherapy. I have several years of experience in both individual and group therapeutic work.
Additional information
