Therapy Approach
I am a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist. My work is characterized by a holistic approach to development and health. I chose the humanistic-existential approach because the phenomenological view of another person is close to my heart. I see the role of the therapist as a non-directive support for the client, free from imposing my own opinions. I find joy in accompanying others in creating new, creative ways of acting and in building self-awareness.Education
I graduated from the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy. I completed an internship at the DolSAR ART Community Support Centre, as well as at the Youth Center for Prevention and Psychotherapy (MOP). As a volunteer for the Zaczytani.org Foundation, I conducted bibliotherapy sessions for children in hospitals.Additional information
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents from the age of 11. I regularly consult my work in supervision. Currently, I am supervised by Zofia Pierzchała and Michał Kostrzewski. In addition to psychotherapy, I am also an e-sports psychologist. I am passionate about neuroscience as well as scientific curiosities in the fields of physics and astronomy.
