Experience
In my therapeutic work, I accompany individuals in getting to know, accept, and strengthen themselves. With full respect, I help to name and face what is difficult.
Work Areas
I work with individuals experiencing suffering and stress, struggling with feelings of helplessness and anxiety, affected by depression, searching for meaning in life, or going through a broad range of personal crises. I also support parents facing parenting challenges.
Therapy Approach
Therapy, to me, is a journey toward self-awareness, acceptance, and self-discovery. It is also about recognizing one's emotions and needs. I believe that for this to happen, a corrective relationship with another person is essential. The therapeutic relationship is one that offers acceptance and safety, which is why it can be a healing relationship. I believe that in such a connection—where both sides feel seen and heard—it becomes possible to safely express oneself and perhaps hear oneself for the very first time. The therapeutic process, for me, is a path toward full self-acceptance, and consequently, toward improving relationships with oneself and others.
Education
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist in training, having completed the "Gestalt Psychological Support in Professional Practice" program at the Greater Poland School of Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am also participating in a 3-year training program in BODYMIND GESTALT® THERAPY. Additionally, I am a certified mediator in the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) approach.
Additional information
I regularly and enthusiastically participate in additional trainings and seminars. I have completed a series of professional courses in Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotion-focused work based on Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and a course in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I also enjoy taking part in various workshops on trauma work and body-oriented psychotherapy.
