Experience

I provide individual therapy for adults. I gained therapeutic experience conducting psychotherapy in the following institutions: - Day Treatment Unit for Addictions at the Voivodeship Hospital in Zgierz, - Day Therapeutic Center for Adolescents at the 2nd Psychiatric Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, - as the head of the “Przystań” Community Self-Help Home for young adults with mental illness at the “POMOST” Association for Youth and People with Mental Health Problems, Their Families and Friends, - Telephone Counseling Service for Adults in Emotional Crisis (116123) at the Institute of Health Psychology of the Polish Psychological Association, - Family Assistance Center.

Work Areas

At Wellbee, I offer support to adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties managing emotions, and exhaustion from daily responsibilities. I work with individuals who are overly worried, struggle with low self-esteem, and need help regaining balance. I also support those coping with breakups and challenges in relationships with others.

Therapy Approach

In my therapeutic work, I take an individual approach to each client, drawing from various therapeutic schools depending on the nature of the difficulties presented. My work is primarily grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Schema Therapy, systemic therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I believe that the challenges that bring people to therapy are opportunities for a better tomorrow and a more fulfilling life. I also hold the view that every human behavior, even destructive ones, is rooted in positive intentions—such as restoring a sense of safety or striving for closeness with others. In my interactions, I value genuine curiosity, acceptance, and understanding of the other person's perspective.

Education

I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist currently undergoing a four-year training program in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is one of the most scientifically researched therapeutic approaches with proven effectiveness. I have completed a one-year course in Psychological Support at the Institute of Health Psychology in Warsaw, as well as a two-year course in systemic family therapy under the supervision of Professor Bogdan de Barbaro.
