Experience
Since 2021, I have been running my own private practice. As part of my training internships, I practiced at the Psychiatric Hospital in Toszek and at the Community Self-Help Center in Lubliniec.Work Areas
I help individuals who feel a sense of emptiness and are dissatisfied with their daily functioning. I support those experiencing relationship difficulties, as well as those who struggle to build stable and fulfilling close connections.Therapy Approach
In my work, I focus on improving quality of life and the way a client enters into and maintains relationships — not only in their personal life, but also professionally. I place particular emphasis on helping clients get to know themselves and understand their inner conflicts, so they can adopt healthier ways of expressing emotions, setting boundaries, and meeting their needs.Education
I am a licensed sociologist and hold a Master's degree in Management. I have completed a course in sociotherapy within the psychodynamic approach and I am currently undergoing a four-year psychotherapy training, also in the psychodynamic modality. I regularly attend supervision as part of my professional practice.Additional information
I am a member of the Polish Society of Sociotherapy and the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
My professional interests include mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, anxiety, aggression, and issues related to self-acceptance and self-esteem.
