Experience

I am a psychologist, psychodietician and psychotherapist undergoing training in Gestalt and TSR. I worked for 8 years at the Clinical Hospital of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. I currently run the team of Anies Clinics - Centre for Psychotherapy, Coaching and Treatment of Eating Disorders. I am also an academic speaker, giving lectures and talks.

Work Areas

I work with patients experiencing anxiety and stress. I help people struggling with eating disorders and emotional problems. My experience also includes working with people with personality disorders and family problems.

Therapy Approach

I conduct therapy in the form of a conversation, during which we agree with the patient on the topics and goals that are important to them - so that we can then understand them better. I believe that self-awareness is very important in relationships, as well as the ability to recognise one's emotions.

Education

I am a psychologist, psychodietician, nurse and psychotherapist in training organised by the Wielkopolska School of Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am a public health specialist. I try to keep up to date with new knowledge, I develop my competences, expand my knowledge on postgraduate studies and courses. I subject my work to supervision.

Additional information

I am in the middle of my doctoral studies. I participate in many lectures, trainings and conferences. I am a member of the Polish Dietetic Association (PTD) and the Polish Therapeutic Association (PTT) and actively participate in their activities.
