Experience

For over 10 years, I have been running my own psychological and psychotherapeutic practice, while also providing services in this field for other healthcare institutions. My psychotherapeutic work is under regular supervision by certified supervisors of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I have completed personal training therapy with a certified psychotherapist and supervisor from the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and its Scientific Section of Psychotherapy. As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I follow the principles outlined in the Ethical and Professional Code of the Polish Psychological Association as well as the Ethical Code of the Psychotherapist of the Polish Psychiatric Association.

Work Areas

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, with a specialization in clinical psychology. I work with adults, offering psychological consultations, individual psychotherapy, and couples therapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety (neurotic) disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, psychotic disorders, affective disorders, psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders, and disorders related to addictions.

Therapy Approach

In my psychological and therapeutic practice, I am guided by an attitude of openness, attentiveness, neutrality, and respect for each person seeking my support. I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and safety, where change and personal growth can take root. I support my clients in discovering their potential and making full use of their inner resources—both to cope with difficulties and to seek and reach the best, most authentic solutions. In therapy, I use an integrative approach, with a foundation in psychodynamic and cognitive psychotherapy, placing particular emphasis on the clinical application of psychotherapy.

Education

I completed a comprehensive, four-year psychotherapy training program conducted by the Department of Psychotherapy at the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków.
