Experience
I have 10 years of experience working with youth in special education. I completed an internship at a psychiatric treatment facility for adults. Since 2010, I have been running my own practice under the name Psychotherapy Office. My office is located in Tarnobrzeg, where I currently live. Part of my work takes place in the virtual space, providing online support. I work with adults and adolescents.
Work Areas
My experience and professional interests include issues such as depression, neurotic and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma and post-traumatic growth, psychological crisis, relationship difficulties, and adolescence. I am passionate about human psychology. I am deeply interested in the human being in all their complexity, depth psychology, developmental psychology, psychiatry, and the healing of internal wounds.
I conduct both long-term and short-term therapy. I place strong emphasis on the bond between therapist and client. This relationship is key to the effectiveness of the process — it requires collaboration, trust, and good communication.
Therapy Approach
I see therapy not only as a process of healing, but also as a path of personal growth. I experience life as a journey — I enjoy getting to know people, observing where they come from and where they are heading. I believe that every chosen path holds great potential, and that around every difficult corner, a change awaits — one that can be used in a positive way. In dialogue, I value openness, honesty, sensitivity, and respect.
Education
I hold degrees in psychology, sociology, special education for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and psychotherapy. I earned my master’s degree from UMCS in Lublin and completed postgraduate studies at the Krakow Psychodynamic Center. I consistently engage in individual supervision to refine my professional skills.
