Experience
My first experiences in the field of healthy living began in 2014, when I worked as a fitness instructor. Over the next five years, I completed internships in dietetics at hospitals and healthcare facilities. For the past three years, I have been running my own dietetic and psychodietetic practice, Dieta z Głową (Diet with a Head).
Work Areas
I am a clinical dietitian and psychodietetics specialist. On a daily basis, I support individuals facing various nutrition-related challenges. I help people break free from the cycle of dieting, build a healthy relationship with food, and find balance. I invite you to book a session!
The areas of my work that I’m particularly passionate about include:
- healthy eating
- habit building
- emotional eating
- snacking
- disrupted hunger and satiety cues
- weight loss
- diet-related conditions (such as insulin resistance, Hashimoto’s disease, hypothyroidism, PCOS, skin problems)
- mindfulness.
Therapy Approach
I strive to create a safe space built on openness and engagement. I listen, talk, and educate—instead of lecturing. I believe that lasting habit change begins with understanding your thoughts and emotions, nutrition education, and a method tailored to your own abilities. I accompany clients through a process of change based on mindfulness and self-compassion. I’ve been through this journey myself—I lost 10 kilograms and repaired my relationship with food. That’s why my mission is to help anyone who wants to break free from dieting and simply feel good.
Education
I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Dietetics with honors. I acquired my psychodietetic skills during postgraduate studies in Psychodietetics at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, through a specialized internship at the Institute of Psychodietetics, as well as by participating in numerous courses and trainings.
