I am an integrative psychotherapist, currently completing a 4-year training in integrative psychotherapy conducted by the Association of Christian Psychologists INTEGRA in Warsaw, Poland. The Psychotherapy Section of SPCH is a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). I see psychotherapy as a process of building a relationship, in which the sense of safety and acceptance opens space for experiencing oneself and one's emotions without distortions and fears. My therapeutic work is based mainly on psychodynamic stream and ISTDP approach (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy). I also use techniques and methods of Schema Therapy. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents from the age of 14. I can help u with: depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma (experiences in adulthood and early childhood), domestic violence, feelings of loneliness, failure, personal development. I have been running a Private Psychotherapy Practice in Cambridge for over a year. I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Psychotherapists of the Polish Psychiatric Association and the SPCH Code of Ethics. I regularly supervise my work with certified supervisors working in psychodynamic and ISTDP approaches. I graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury with a degree in Polish philology. During my studies I participated in a 3-year international theatrical-educational project GILDIA for culture animators, carried out by the Association Tratwa in Olsztyn and New World Performance Laboratory from Arkon (USA). For many years I worked with youth and groups at risk of social exclusion creating and implementing educational projects. For several years I have lived in the UK, where after completing a year-long training and obtaining a Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce I started working in British educational institutions.
