Experience

I gained my professional experience, among others, at the Crisis Intervention Center in Gdynia and at the AMiE Counseling Center in Warsaw. I regularly subject my work to supervision.

Work Areas

I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I support individuals experiencing psychological crises, emotional difficulties, and those struggling with chronic somatic illnesses.

Therapy Approach

In my work, I primarily use methods from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and schema therapy, as well as third-wave approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Education

I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, a graduate of nursing and postgraduate studies in clinical psychology at the Medical University of Gdańsk. I completed a 4-year School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy with Motivational Interviewing (DM) at the Academy of Motivation and Education (AMiE) in Warsaw, accredited by the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (currently in the process of certification). I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.
