I have many years of experience in implementing various psychotherapy models for adults. My work includes organizing individual and group therapy sessions, as well as participating in the development of a mentorship program.
Work Areas
I specialize in a broad range of work with people experiencing emotional difficulties and stress. My work focuses on children, adolescents, and their parents, as well as couples, young adults, and individuals struggling with self-esteem and self-fulfillment. I also provide support in coping with trauma and psychological injuries, as well as adapting to life changes such as relocating to a new city. Additionally, I help with challenging relationships between parents and children.
Therapy Approach
The main goal of therapy is to adapt to the individual needs of the client by combining various techniques and strategies to achieve positive change. I take a flexible approach and tailor my work to the client. Through the integration of different therapeutic techniques and strategies, integrative therapy is effective in treating a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. For me, collaboration and understanding the client are essential. I love my profession and actively continue to develop within it.

I am a psychologist and integrative psychotherapist. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and have completed various therapeutic studies, including:

I continually develop my professional skills by deepening my knowledge and participating in specialized trainings and workshops. I have several years of experience in individual and group work. My work is regularly supervised.
