Work Areas

I work with people who are experiencing difficulties related to emotional and existential crises. In the course of her professional practice, she is involved in prevention activities, conducting support groups and providing psychological consultation and therapy to adults and adolescents struggling with mood disorders (depression, bipolar affective disorder - ChAD), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobia, agoraphobia, social phobia), obsessive-compulsive disorder - OCD, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating, etc.). ), as well as those struggling with other difficulties in life.

Therapy Approach

In my work I focus on an individual approach to the patient, based on the working methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, but also the so-called "third wave" therapy, which includes acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT, mindfulness).

Education

I am a psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist in training at the 4-year School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences.
