Experience

I am a psychotherapist working in the Gestalt approach. For over two years, I have been collaborating with the Wellbee platform, where I provide individual online therapy. Previously, I ran my own private practice in Brighton, and after the pandemic, I decided to continue my work remotely. I have experience working with adults facing emotional difficulties, crises, and mood disorders. I regularly supervise my therapeutic work and ensure its quality in line with the ethical standards of the psychotherapy profession.

Work Areas

In my therapeutic work, I support people experiencing mood disorders, sadness, depression, and loneliness. I work with individuals from dysfunctional families, including Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA) and Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families (ACDF), as well as those who have experienced violence or abuse. I support clients who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety about the future, panic attacks, or psychosomatic symptoms. I help people go through life crises and support them in finding balance and a sense of agency.

Therapy Approach

What matters most to me in therapy is the therapeutic relationship based on authentic I–Thou contact. I create a safe, open space where clients can attentively explore their emotions, behavioral patterns, internal conflicts, and needs. A relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect enables the expansion of awareness and the development of new ways of being in the world—ways that are more aligned with the self and lead to greater integration.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. I am a graduate of a four-year program at the Gestalt Psychotherapy School in Warsaw and am currently in the certification process. I continuously develop my professional skills through trainings, workshops, and conferences. My therapeutic work is regularly supervised.

Additional information

Professionally, I am interested in working with the body, trauma, therapeutic photography, and supporting individuals with ACoA/ACDF experiences. I am also drawn to topics related to relationships, spirituality, identity, and the search for meaning.
