Experience
I gained professional experience at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw (internships at the Clinic of Neuroses, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders, as well as at the Affective Disorders Ward), at the Support Center for People in Mental Crisis, at the 116 123 Telephone Helpline for adults in emotional crisis, and during private practice in Poland and Switzerland. I am a member of the Polish Psychological Association.
Work Areas
I help adults experiencing life and emotional difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, challenges in recognizing their own needs, and difficulties in relationships. I have experience working with people facing challenges related to migration.
Therapy Approach
I conduct psychotherapy in an integrative approach, drawing on the achievements of various psychotherapeutic methods (particularly humanistic-existential, interpersonal-psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral), as well as relaxation techniques. I work in accordance with the Psychologist's Code of Ethics. I regularly undergo supervision of my work.
Education
I completed my master's degree specializing in clinical psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw, postgraduate studies at the 4-year Professional School of Psychotherapy at the Institute of Health Psychology in Warsaw, as well as Level I and II Psychological Help and Crisis Intervention Studies at the Institute of Health Psychology in Warsaw. I have also participated in trainings and workshops related to psychological help and psychotherapy.
