Experience
I gained my therapeutic experience by obtaining a Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) certificate and completing a personal development internship in the Gestalt approach. For nearly 16 years, I worked in marketing in managerial positions.
Work Areas
I support individuals who primarily struggle with low self-esteem, feelings of shame, anxiety, burnout—both personal and professional—social phobias, and a broad sense of existential pain.
Therapy Approach
I treat the work of a therapist as a calling—one that I was drawn to through personal experience and hundreds of hours of both individual and group psychotherapy. In therapy, my goal is not only to help you understand your emotions but, above all, to help you feel them and to truly believe that your feelings matter—simply because they are yours.
In our work together, what matters most to me is the connection: empathizing with you and creating a personal, safe therapeutic relationship. I draw from the wisdom of my therapeutic mentors—Fritz Perls, Milton H. Erickson, Carl Rogers, Irvin Yalom, and other existential therapists—integrating their approaches to guide our shared process.
Education
I am currently undergoing training in the Gestalt approach at the Krakow Gestalt Institute, working as a therapist in training in the Gestalt modality. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) methods into my work. I adhere to the Ethical Code of the Polish Society for Gestalt Psychotherapy and the standards of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). I regularly attend supervision to ensure the quality and ethical standards of my therapeutic practice.Additional information
Currently, my passions are personal development and theatrical improvisation.
