Experience

For nearly five years, I’ve run a size-inclusive practice that has become a space for more than a thousand people to reclaim freedom with food. As one of the few specialists in Poland, I have broad and in-depth training in behavior-focused therapeutic approaches rather than weight-focused ones. As a woman with ADHD and lived experience of an eating disorder, I’m especially attuned to the needs of neurodivergent people—and supporting their relationship with food holds a special place in my work. I work with adults and with adolescents from age 14.

Work Areas

I specialize in eating disorders, Intuitive Eating, and support for neurodivergent individuals. How I can support you: -eating disorders: anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, ARFID -selective eating -binge episodes and loss of control around food -emotional and stress-related eating -obsessive thoughts about food and weight -support for neurodivergent people in their relationship with food and/or their body, taking into account needs and challenges related to neurodivergence You’re welcome to book a session if: -you want to break out of the vicious cycle of constant dieting -you want to learn to nourish yourself better—without weight pressure or rigid meal plans -you need a space where your relationship with food will be met with respect and without pressure

Therapy Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes. Every story is different. That’s why we co-create a map of what hurts, what you need, and where you want to go. In our sessions, we learn step by step how to return to a relationship with food guided by your body one that helps free your mind from constant thoughts about food and weight. We draw on the principles of Intuitive Eating, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other strategies that support you on the path to a life rich in experience. We talk about food, and also about what’s happening in your life. Sometimes we sit in silence. Sometimes we laugh. This is your space without judgment, with a supportive presence.

Education

I am a qualified psychodietitian and a psychologist-in-training. In addition to completing a degree in Dietetics and postgraduate studies in Personal Training, I trained at international centers in the areas of Intuitive Eating, eating disorder treatment in cognitive-behavioral and systemic approaches, and harm reduction applied in work with people with eating disorders. I am currently completing a one-year certification in the Body Trust approach and studying psychology.

Additional information

I do not offer intentional weight loss services or write meal plans. If a minor needs support, before I meet with the child I conduct an intake consultation with a parent/guardian. Please schedule this first. I cannot meet with a minor without written consent from a parent/guardian. Eating disorders are serious mental illnesses with numerous physiological consequences it’s important that during psychodietetic therapy you remain under the care of a psychiatrist and/or an internal medicine/primary-care physician especially in cases of significant underweight to continuously monitor your health.
