Experience

I have been practicing psychotherapy for several years, and I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, and parents as an educator, teacher, trainer, mentor, and tutor. I support children and youth at Wolna Szkoła Mozaika in Wrocław and the Autorska Szkoła Fino in Legnica. I am the president of the UFF Foundation, which runs the Guzik Intervention Clinic as part of its activities. Additionally, I manage a therapy practice called Rozdział Drugi. I also lead a peer supervision group in Wrocław.

Work Areas

In my practice, I work with adults, adolescents (from age 13), and couples experiencing emotional difficulties and various crises—whether existential, personal, or otherwise. I support individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. I assist those going through the difficult process of grieving losses, whether related to loved ones, health, or employment. I help parents establish meaningful connections and relationships with their teenage children, and support adolescents in communicating effectively with their parents and the world around them. I also work with couples, helping them either reconnect or part ways safely. Above all, I support those who seek broad, meaningful CHANGE. I help people find themselves as they truly are, rather than as they wish to be.

Education

I hold qualifications as an educator, coach, philologist, psychotherapist, drama trainer, social skills trainer (TUS), and bio-therapist. I completed my training at the Psychological Education Center in Wrocław and studied at the University of Wrocław, the University of Humanities and Economics, and the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica. Additionally, I have completed numerous courses and workshops in areas such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and others. In my work, I have long integrated the principles of NVC, IFS, and Gestalt therapy. I regularly participate in clinical supervision and lead an intervision group in Wrocław. I practice within the framework of Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), having completed both Level I and II courses.

Additional information

In my private life, I am a mother to an adult son and a teenage daughter who is constantly going through a developmental crisis. I am happy to share my experiences with other parents in similar situations, especially when they are my clients.
