Experience
I have several years of experience in both individual and group therapy. I gained my psychotherapeutic experience, among others, during an internship at the day ward of the Lower Silesian Mental Health Center in Wrocław and while working at the Certa-Med Mental Health Clinic in Wrocław.
Work Areas
I specialize in the treatment of personality disorders and psychological difficulties in adults. My services are available not only to individuals diagnosed with specific mental health conditions (such as depression), but also to those who struggle with challenging life events, have difficulties forming fulfilling relationships, or face obstacles in pursuing their goals. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, difficulties in building relationships, lack of motivation, and personality disorders. I also work with eating disorders, neurosis, and depression.
Therapy Approach
In my work, a respectful and mutually trusting relationship between the patient and the therapist is of great importance. When working with clients, I strive to facilitate the search for peace and life satisfaction by integrating seemingly opposite aspects — the world of mind and emotions, rational knowledge and intuition.
Education
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who incorporates the TFP (Transference-Focused Psychotherapy) method into my practice. I graduated from the Krakow Psychodynamic Center (Krakowskie Centrum Psychodynamiczne s.c.). I regularly subject my work to individual and group supervision with certified supervisors.
Additional information
I continuously enhance my qualifications by participating in conferences and training courses. I am also actively involved in charitable work supporting oncology patients.
