Experience
I am a psychotherapist and psychologist. I am currently in the middle of a 4-year training in the Psychotherapy College at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation. I help adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, as well as those struggling with life difficulties, difficulties in functioning in social life, relationship problems. I also support people experiencing social exclusion and discrimination. I have a lot of experience in working with migrants and refugees. I also work in Russian, English and French. I gained my experience in Mazovian Provincial Hospital in Drewnica, in the Institute of Health Psychology, as well as in Lambda organization dealing with LGBT+ people and their families. In my work I focus on getting to understand the world of the patient in order to better assist him in making important changes. I use psychodynamic and mentalization oriented methods.
