Experience

I have been working in the profession since 2001. I have gained professional experience in counseling centers conducting psychological consultations and psychotherapy, and working in the military, as well as conducting training for vocational teachers, TSOs and companies.

Work Areas

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and crisis intervener by training. In the course of my work, I have encountered problems in various areas: - concerning the professional sphere: stress at work, bullying, PTSD, professional burnout, workaholism; - in contact with couples and families: relationship crises, substance or behavioral addictions, support for couples struggling with infertility or miscarriages, as well as working with parents of children on the autism spectrum, ADHD and consultation for parents seeking help for their children's problems; - in individual contact with both adults and adolescents: personality disorders, conflicts in interpersonal relationships, anxiety-depressive disorders, eating disorders, problems with defining gender identity.

Therapy Approach

In psychotherapeutic work, the most important thing for me is to build a relationship based on trust, acceptance and a sense of security. To this “base” I offer tools and methods that can help you cope with some of your problems and better understand yourself, your emotions, feelings, desires and how they affect your functioning and perception of the current situation.

Education

I graduated from the Study of Integrative Psychotherapy in Krakow. I have participated in many trainings and courses, including: - psychotherapy of marriages and couples - family therapy - crisis intervention - addiction therapy - therapy of the aftermath of stress - therapy of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - psychotherapy for couples struggling with infertility problems - help for a hyperactive child - help for highly sensitive children - DSM diagnosis - negotiation in crisis situations

Additional information

In contact with another person, I use the possibilities of the therapeutic modalities in which I completed courses and training: integrative, Ericksonian, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, and knowledge of crisis intervention. I subject my work to regular supervision.
