Experience

I have been working since 2004, initially with children and adolescents (Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center, Kindergarten, Primary School), and subsequently mainly with adults experiencing mental health disorders (Community Self-Help Center, private practice).

Work Areas

I provide support to individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, including those with excessive worry, panic attacks, social anxiety impairing goal attainment, and fears related to intrusive thoughts or other concerns. If anxiety significantly interferes with your ability to lead a fulfilling life, it is important to recognize that effective interventions are available. Similarly, in cases of depression, I am prepared to assist in the process of rediscovering meaning and improving quality of life. Additionally, I offer support to individuals undergoing various life crises, whether related to routine stressors or more severe traumatic events.

Therapy Approach

I believe that a psychotherapist, like any human being, can make mistakes; therefore, in my work, I utilize consultations and support from experienced psychotherapists. I hold that the difficulties one experiences can become an opportunity for comprehensive personal development, and this is what I teach my patients.

Education

In 2002, I graduated in Psychology from the Catholic University of Lublin. In the following years, I expanded my knowledge and developed my skills by participating in numerous psychotherapy training programs, including the Psychological Skills Training, Family Therapy, Rational Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am currently undergoing training at the Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy School at SWPS University.

Additional information

Professional interests (in addition to those mentioned above) include relationship issues, perinatal psychotherapy, adult ADHD, and eating disorders. Privately, I am a wife and mother of five children. I am happy to share my life experience when I believe it may be helpful to my patients.
