Experience

I have 17 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children, in, among others, psychological and pedagogical counseling centers. I also run a private psychotherapeutic practice.

Work Areas

I run psychotherapy, workshops and trainings; in particular in the field of psychoeducation and psychophysical resilience. I work with adults, among others, on building self-esteem, maintaining satisfying relationships, or coping with anxiety and stress. I support people in managerial positions in topics related to team management. I focus on developing emotional intelligence, tapping into resources, working with beliefs and resolving conflicts. Working with children and adolescents, I support them in crisis, development and educational situations. I work, among others, on managing emotions, communication and loneliness. I help parents through consultations, I support their understanding of the dynamics of difficult processes in educational situations. I approach each person holistically.

Education

I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapist (The European Association for Gestalt Therapy), I also work as a coach and a trainer of holistic resilience. I have completed training in psychodynamic and systemic approaches. I earned my Associate Certified Coach certification in accordance with the International Coach Federation standards. I have also trained in psychosomatics and bodywork (including at the Kabira Energy School). I am also an educator and lecturer, and my work is regularly supervised.

Additional information

I subject my work to regular supervision. My professional interests are: human physical and mental resistance, development of consciousness, mindfulness, working with stress, working with the body, relationships.
