My name is Lana. I offer Gestalt psychotherapy sessions. This type of psychotherapy pays much attention to the actual needs of a person, rather than an in-depth study of the situation in the past. In Gestalt, we focus a lot on your emotions, how your body feels and reacts, and, in a somewhat unconventional way, we can engage in experimental work. For example, we can replay events that were traumatic for you and work with them.Additional information
