My name is Oksana. I am a psychotherapist with many years of experience, primarily working within the Gestalt approach. In my practice, I use Ukrainian (my native language) and Russian. I work with adults, adolescents, and also conduct group therapy sessions. Psychotherapy can help address and resolve many emotional and personal issues. It can support you in building safe and lasting relationships, resolving family and parenting challenges, working on self-realization and self-esteem, addressing psychosomatic symptoms, and managing depressive states.
