Experience

For several years, I have been working individually with children, adolescents, and adults. I also support the parents of younger clients. I gained experience at the “Anima” Center of Psychiatry in Olsztyn, the Psychological Help Center for Children and Adolescents in Kętrzyn, and the Psychological and Psychotherapeutic Outpatient Clinic for Children and Adolescents at the Provincial Psychiatric Hospital named after Prof. T. Bilikiewicz in Gdańsk. I have extensive clinical experience and have collaborated with many mental health professionals – psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, psychotherapists, as well as staff from support institutions.

Work Areas

I work with adults and adolescents struggling with mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, PTSD, agoraphobia, OCD), self-harm, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, trauma-related symptoms, difficulties in relationships and everyday functioning—both personal and professional—as well as various types of crises, ADHD, and tension-related symptoms (e.g., tics). I also gladly provide consultations for parents of children and adolescents, offering parenting support, psychoeducation, and guidance in developing parenting skills.

Therapy Approach

I listen attentively and strive to show understanding. I do not judge. I work based on a good, safe therapeutic relationship. I respect the client’s autonomy and individuality. I don’t give advice, but I support the development of independence and a sense of agency. I see the client as a whole person—within the many aspects and contexts of their life. My goal is to inspire hope, reduce suffering, and increase life satisfaction. I approach my work with responsibility and commitment.

Education

I am a psychotherapist working in an integrative approach, currently undergoing a five-year Psychotherapy Training with Psychodrama organized by the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic “Syntonia” in the Pomeranian region. I am also a certified community therapist. I completed the Community Therapist Training organized by the Association for the Development of Psychiatry and Community Care in Kraków, at the Cogito Laboratory. I regularly attend supervision sessions. I am also a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association – the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy and the Community Section.

Additional information

The profession of a psychotherapist fascinates me, among other things, because it requires continuous learning across various fields. I strive to do this by reading carefully selected literature, watching films, and participating in additional seminars.
