Work Areas

I work with adults experiencing personal crises, feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emotional tension. I also support individuals seeking to improve their quality of life, as well as those facing separation or grief and the emotional pain that often accompanies such experiences.

Therapy Approach

I work within an integrative approach that combines elements from various schools of psychotherapy. This allows for an individualized understanding of each client’s difficulties, which contributes to the effectiveness of the therapeutic process. My work is regularly supervised by certified supervisors. The initial sessions are consultative in nature and serve to identify the key issues to be addressed in therapy.

Education

I hold a degree in psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology from UAM University in Poznań. For years, I have been consistently expanding my knowledge and professional competencies by participating in trainings, workshops, and conferences.
