Experience

I began gaining experience working with children during my school years as a member of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP), where I led a Cub Scout group. Later, I conducted numerous workshops and educational sessions focused on nutrition. I co-created the social campaign “Eat Tasty and Healthy.” I have worked with children struggling with overweight and obesity and completed an internship at the Children's Health Center.

Work Areas

Are you tired of the constant struggles around food in your home and don’t know how to change it? Is your child struggling with overweight or obesity? Does your young child refuse to eat at the mere sight of food and only eat beige-colored items? Is your child eating fewer and fewer foods, despite your best efforts to expand their diet? Does your child eat very selectively or perhaps too much? Are you unsure how to help your child build a healthy relationship with food? Do you suspect that you yourself may have a disordered relationship with food? Do you think your child eats in response to emotions? Are you out of ideas for managing sweets in your child’s diet? Does the thought of introducing new foods into your child’s diet make you anxious? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then working with me might be the right fit for you! I support both parents and children in caring for their health. I help build healthy eating habits, guide families through food neophobia/selective eating phases, and support emotional eating challenges. I also help parents repair their own relationship with food so it’s easier to teach their children to eat better.

Therapy Approach

I don’t view my clients solely through the lens of what they eat. I take an individual and holistic approach. In my work, relationships come first. Working with children always involves close collaboration with their parents. Sometimes, I work exclusively with the parents—and that work alone can significantly influence how their children eat.

Education

I am a certified dietitian, a specialist in psychodietetics, and a feeding therapist. I have also completed postgraduate studies in pedagogical preparation. Currently, I am a psychology student. I hold certifications as a Brain-Friendly Specialist and a Child-Friendly Specialist. I continuously expand my knowledge and participate in conferences to support my clients even more effectively.

Additional information

For the past year and a half, I have been running a private practice and collaborating with the Children’s Nutrition Academy. I also conduct psychodietetics training for mothers and preschool staff. Additionally, I work as a consultant for preschool catering services. As a mother myself, I understand very well that feeding children can be challenging.
