Experience

I gained my experience as a psychotherapist at, among others, the MSW Hospital in Otwock in the Department of Neurotic Disorders, at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in the Department of Affective Disorders in Warsaw, as well as through collaboration with private counseling centers.

Work Areas

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis, difficulties in relationships, as well as with individuals seeking personal growth. My work is regularly supervised.

Therapy Approach

Psychotherapy is, for me, a unique form of connection between the therapist and the person seeking therapy. Using both knowledge and empathy, I strive to accompany the patient on their journey of self-discovery, highlighting the importance of recognizing and expressing their own needs. Being mindful of how our experiences, needs, and goals differ, I carefully select appropriate therapeutic methods with great attention.

Education

I am a graduate of the Clinical Psychology Faculty at SWPS University in Warsaw. I completed the Psychotherapy School at the CBT EDU Center and am currently in the process of certification. I also completed postgraduate studies in "Psychological Diagnosis in Clinical Practice" as well as a program in "Prevention of Domestic Violence."
