Therapy Approach

I believe that everyone has the right to improve the quality of their life, and psychotherapy offers that possibility. In my therapeutic work, creating an atmosphere of respect and authenticity is very important to me. I consider the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important factors influencing the therapy process.

Education

I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (a 4-year comprehensive training accredited by the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, which is a member of the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies), as well as a certified addiction psychotherapy specialist (certificate no. 2064).
