Experience

For 20 years, I have gained experience working with youth exhibiting behavioral disorders and facing difficult life situations. Initially, this was through student internships and placements, and later I held roles as a psychologist, hippotherapist, dog therapist, and educator in institutions such as MOW, MOS, and SOW. I led support groups and individual consultations for teenagers and young adults from foster care as part of a WCPR project. I co-managed a psychological center providing help to youth at risk of social maladjustment and adults facing challenging life circumstances. I also facilitated support groups for parents of children experiencing domestic violence and for women in abusive relationships. I have shared insights from my work at trainings and conferences organized by PTHiP and through workshops, including those at SWPW University in Warsaw. For several years now, I have been specializing in psychotherapy for adults.

Work Areas

At Wellbee, I offer support both to those who have found themselves in a difficult moment and to those who want to better understand themselves and improve the quality of their lives. Due to my professional experience, I feel especially connected to working with people experiencing a crisis: young adults at a unique stage of stepping into independence, as well as adults who, for various reasons, have paused and felt the need for change in their current functioning. I invite to therapy individuals experiencing anxiety, difficulties in relationships and work life; those needing self-understanding and setting personal boundaries; people with mood disorders, depression, burnout, and exhaustion from daily responsibilities. I also work with those seeking to strengthen their resources, potential, and belief in the possibility of a fulfilling life.

Therapy Approach

I work within an integrative approach, with a particular affinity for the humanistic perspective.

Education

I am a psychotherapist (having completed a 4-year training at the Center for Psychological Assistance and Education INTRA in Warsaw), a psychologist (SWPS University), a pedagogue specializing in social rehabilitation (Academy of Special Education), as well as a dog and hippotherapist (I am a member of the Polish Hippotherapy Society). I regularly submit my work to supervision.
