Experience

For the past three years, I have been supporting individuals in finding the right therapeutic approach, providing psychoeducation, and accompanying them in discovering their own path toward mental well-being. I offer psychological consultations as a form of short-term support, during which, together with the client, we create a space to explore and name what feels difficult, as well as to uncover personal inner resources.

Work Areas

I support individuals who are facing challenges in relationships, experiencing a sense of dissatisfaction, struggling with difficult emotions, or navigating moments of significant life decisions. I help clients build greater self-confidence, better understand their needs, and shape a daily life that is more aligned with their personal values.

Therapy Approach

For me, the therapeutic relationship is paramount - grounded in empathy, attentiveness, and a sense of safety. I follow the client and their pace, paying attention not only to their inner experiences but also to the broader systemic context - familial, relational, and environmental. I believe that meaningful change begins with a deep understanding and clear naming of one’s experiences. I feel particularly close to the psychodynamic approach, which helps illuminate how what emerges in relationships with others reveals unconscious patterns and reactions, allowing for a deeper understanding of internal experiences and recurring behavioral schemas. In my work, I integrate psychology with mindfulness practices and a psychosomatic perspective, as I believe that mental balance and bodily well-being are intrinsically interconnected.

Education

I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree obtained through a unified long-cycle program at SWPS University in Warsaw. I am currently expanding my competencies through a course in psychological assessment, and I will soon begin psychotherapeutic training in the psychodynamic approach.

Additional information

I am also a certified yoga teacher - working with movement and breath supports me in helping clients reconnect with their bodies and their bodily needs. My work is regularly supervised. When longer-term therapeutic work is needed, I assist in selecting an appropriate therapeutic modality and a specialist best suited to the individual.
