Experience
I have extensive, long-term experience working with adult patients, adolescents, and children in educational institutions and counseling centers. I also have many years of experience working in a Psychiatric Hospital.
Work Areas
I work with people experiencing suffering and difficulties that reduce the joy of life and limit personal growth. I specialize in working with individuals going through existential crises and those seeking to improve the quality of their emotional life. My experience also includes working with so-called young adults and families of people with disabilities.
Therapy Approach
I work based on the therapeutic relationship. I am convinced that each of us is the sole expert on our own life, meaning we are capable of recognizing who we are and where and how we want to go in life. If someone struggles with such recognition, it may stem from a lack of or inadequate support. That is why I see my work as supporting clients in getting to know themselves, their needs, and their resources. I view it as accompanying them on the path to a satisfying life; as accompanying them on the journey to themselves.
Education
I am a psychologist and a certified integrative psychotherapist. I completed a 4-year training program in integrative psychotherapy. I have also completed training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I am a specialist in therapy and education for individuals with autism, as well as a specialist in early childhood development support. I continuously develop my professional skills by deepening current knowledge and participating in specialized trainings and workshops. I have many years of experience working both individually and in groups. I regularly submit my work to individual and group supervision.
