Experience
I have channeled my passion for psychology into action from the very beginning. I worked with the Association for People with Emotional Problems “Spoza” and completed several internships, including at the Addiction and Codependency Treatment Clinic in Otwock. In 2005, as part of the “Making Life Easier with Hyperactivity” program, I worked individually with children diagnosed with ADHD. Additionally, from 2006 to 2007, I completed an internship at the National Helpline for Victims of Domestic Violence, “Blue Line.”Work Areas
I am a psychologist and personal development coach. I have experience working in the areas of domestic violence, addictions, and childhood disorders such as ADHD and selective mutism. I offer effective support for children and adolescents who need help coping with problems at school, at home, with peers, emotions, behavioral changes, lack of motivation, or self-confidence. Additionally, I provide assistance to individuals struggling with difficult life experiences such as loss, divorce, trauma, and support in building their identity, a strong personality, as well as help with depression and personality disorders.Therapy Approach
I support clients who need help in their everyday lives, offering presence and accompaniment in the Here and Now. Together, we search for the best solutions in difficult situations. We work collaboratively to change attitudes, thoughts, habits, and behaviors to improve well-being and emotional health, thereby enhancing overall psychological wellness.
Therapeutically, I work within the Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) approach, whose philosophy resonates deeply with me. One of SFT’s key principles is: “If something works, do more of it.” Seeing progress in my clients’ change processes, I am convinced that this approach, combined with additional Gestalt tools, delivers tangible results.
I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life, and my role is to accompany them on their journey of change.Education
In 2007, I completed a five-year degree in Social Clinical Psychology at the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences. I also attended a two-year training program at the Institute of Psychological Training and Education in Krakow, specializing in the Gestalt approach – School of Trainers and Psychotherapists. Additionally, I completed both the first and second levels of training at the Solution-Focused Therapy Center in Warsaw. I regularly undergo supervision and participate in developmental workshops within the SFT (Solution-Focused Therapy) approach as I prepare for the certification process. I am an active member of the Polish Psychological Association.Additional information
