Experience
I have several years of experience providing psychological support, gained in various settings including the National Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence “Blue Line,” the Day Unit of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, the Mokotów Mental Health Center of the same institute, the “Nagle Sami” Foundation supporting individuals in bereavement, and the Support Center for individuals in psychological crisis.Work Areas
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I also support those struggling with symptoms of burnout, helping them restore a healthy work-life balance.Therapy Approach
In psychotherapy sessions, I strive to create an atmosphere of openness, acceptance, empathy, and understanding. I encourage clients to recognize and express their emotions. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to lasting change. I carefully explain the techniques I use, enabling clients to apply them in everyday life—ultimately empowering them to become "their own therapist". I tailor the form of support to each person’s needs and personality, placing great value on a collaborative partnership.Education
I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist in the final year of a four-year postgraduate cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy program with elements of schema therapy at the CBT-EDU Center. My clinical work is regularly supervised.Additional information
