Experience

Most of my professional career was connected to big business, the world of process improvement, and change management. This was because I co-founded the first training company in Poland that educated leaders in the Six Sigma program, where I worked for years as a trainer, consultant, and later as a Member and President of the Management Board. Thanks to this, I had the opportunity to work with countless companies – from large international corporations to the Polish public sector. Nearly 20 years of working as a consultant gave me a deep understanding of business challenges. At the same time, it made me more sensitive to the struggles of the people working within these businesses. That’s why, over the years, my interests gradually shifted toward individual, supportive work with other people. This is how my journey into coaching, mentoring, and ultimately psychotherapy began – which today is my main professional path.

Work Areas

I offer individual psychotherapy.

Therapy Approach

I support clients in finding their own path to happiness and peace of mind. I believe that striving to be fulfilled and happy is a challenge worth every effort. By nature, I am an optimist and have a deep belief in people.

Education

My experience includes, among others, training at the Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development, the Provocare Institute, the Process Psychology Institute, and the Gestalt Institute, where I completed a 4-year therapeutic training program. I am also a certified Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations (GPO), accredited by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). I regularly expand my knowledge by participating in numerous psychotherapy and bodywork training sessions and workshops. Among the teachers who have had the greatest influence on my style of work, I would like to mention individuals such as Svein Johansen, Marten Bos (Gestalt), Noni Höfner (Provocative Style), Frans Meulmeester (GPO), Josef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea (Fighting Monkey), and Michał Duda (Process Psychology). I regularly undergo supervision of my therapeutic work and take care of my continuous professional development through specialized trainings and workshops.
