I am a Gestalt therapist after 4 years of training, certified by EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy). At Wellbee, I provide individual therapy for adults.

Work Areas

I support people who experience low self-esteem, emptiness, identity crisis, anxiety, lowered mood, depression, relationship difficulties, grief.

Therapy Approach

Authenticity, respect and freedom are most important to me in my practice. A space where the client can experience themselves and their reality without fear of judgment, without pressure. I believe that a journey into self, self-discovery and acceptance is possible from a safe place.

Education

I completed a 4-year training in the Gestalt current, certified by EAGT. I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Polish Association for Gestalt Psychotherapy, I subject my work to constant supervision and improve my qualifications through additional workshops, trainings and courses, such as: - “Reflections on Trauma” with Miriam Taylor - “Working with depressive experience in Gestalt psychotherapy” with Giovanni Turra - “The cycle of experience - psychotherapy of couples” with Małorzata Bułhak and Małgorzata Tomaszewska - I am constantly training in the field of psychology in the academic mode (psychology of human development, theories of personality, psychopathology) My master's degree: University of Edinburgh, Master of Arts, Contemporary Art Theory. My bachelor's degree: Jagiellonian University, Department of Philosophy, Comparative Studies of Civilizations.

Additional information

I am interested in the philosophical and social dimensions of human life, I love traveling and art. In my free time, I photograph and dance - it's something that grounds me, settles me in my body and puts me in a state of total flow.
