EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Socio-Psycho-Pedagogy, specializing in Psychopedagogy, from the "Lucian Blaga" University in Sibiu. Master's degree in Adult Education - Train of Trainers, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest.
Training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, under the European Association of Behavior and Cognitive Therapy.
Training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), under the Romanian Society of EMDR, level 1.
Training in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, while working in a Military Hospital, by the German Army Experience exchange and NATO training.

Irina Molnus has worked extensively in clinical settings, offering therapeutic support to adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues. Her background includes roles as a Clinical Psychologist at the Psychiatry Department of Military Hospital in Constanta, Romania, for 16 years, and more than 15 years of private practice of psychotherapy in her own office. She has collaborated with diverse client populations, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
