Experience
For 4 years, I have been running my own practice. I also work as a therapist at the Polish Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Szczecin. I regularly submit my work to supervision by experienced therapists, have completed many hours of individual and group personal therapy, and I am also a member of the Polish Society of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.Work Areas
I am an educator, psychotherapist, and occupational therapy instructor (art therapy). I work within the cognitive-behavioral therapy approach, specializing in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, as well as couples therapy. I incorporate my own art therapy methods into CBT techniques.
Therapy Approach
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I myself went through therapy. I understand how you might feel before coming to the office for the first time, during that initial session, and also how your life can look different after completing therapy.
I focus on deeply understanding my clients’ challenges, selecting appropriate therapeutic methods, and building a safe relationship that effectively supports change. My goal is to help you better understand and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
Education
I completed my basic education at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk.
Currently, I am in the process of a four-year certified course at the School of Psychotherapy "Crescentia" and in the process of facilitation at the Institute for The Work of Byron Katie.
Additionally, I finished a two-year course of occupational therapy at the Zachodniopomorskie Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Szczecin.
I am also a graduate of the School of Artistic Crafts in Rzepczyn.Additional information
I conduct workshops and individual sessions in the field of art therapy, couples therapy, and write articles for portals related to psychology, psychotherapy, and senior care.
